1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Block Prism (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Block Prism ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Game design, graphics, and visual elements
• Sound effects and music
• Code and software
• Text, images, and other content
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

5. User Conduct

While using the App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not attempt to manipulate scores or game mechanics unfairly

6. In-App Purchases and Ads

The App may offer in-app purchases and display advertisements. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

Advertisements are provided by third-party services (Google AdMob) and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties that defects will be corrected
• Warranties regarding security or data loss

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your device or data
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months, or $50, whichever is less.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Add, remove, or modify features
• Change game mechanics or difficulty
• Require software updates to continue using the App
• Discontinue support for older devices or OS versions

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must stop using the App and delete all copies
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
• Apple is not liable for any claims related to the App
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
